Refund policy
Online purchases
We really hope that you’ll love your purchase, but if you want to return your item, we have a 28-day returns policy. This means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return your purchase for an exchange or full refund.
If you’d like to cancel an order before it has been despatched, please contact us on 01628 630353 or email orders@anthonypauljewellery.co.uk.
To request a return, simply email orders@anthonypauljewellery.co.uk with your order number, contact details, reason for returning the item(s) and we’ll provide you with the return address.
Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging - damaged, broken or altered items (including re-sizing) will not be accepted for a refund. If the tags are removed, you won’t be able to return the item(s) for a refund, however you may exchange the item(s), as long as they’re in the same condition you received them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned – for example, any new made-to-order signet ring, and any custom products, such as special orders or personalised items. Damaged, broken or altered items (including re-sizing) will not be accepted for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Important information
You’ll need to make sure the return postage is secure and insured for the value of the jewellery. We cannot be held responsible for missing returned goods, or the cost of the return postage.
All items are inspected on return, if an item(s) is returned damaged, this may result in only a partial or no refund.
In the very rare situation of damaged or faulty goods, due to a fault or error on our part, we will refund your return postage. The item(s) will be inspected first to access the cause of the damage.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, this can be exchanged for a new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We aim to process refunds in 5 working days. But please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
In-store purchases
We do not offer refunds for item(s) purchased in one of our boutiques – only credit notes and exchanges will be issued. The only time a refund will be given is if it’s agreed in writing at the time of sale.
We understand that you may wish to return an item(s) for an exchange or credit note. You can do this by returning the item(s) in store within 28 days of purchase with the entire original packaging and receipt. The item(s) must also be in the same unworn condition.
Once a client has agreed for Anthony Paul Designer Goldsmiths ltd to proceed with a sale, commission or repair, a non-refundable deposit may be taken. This will act as an acknowledgement that you have agreed to the terms and conditions.
All goods remain the property of Anthony Paul Designer Goldsmiths ltd until paid for in full.
