My most recent visit to Anthony Paul in Windsor is one of a series of visits for a variety of different things: two years ago, they re-clawed an ancestral engagement ring to give it a new lease of life; last year, we went back and had our wedding rings made; several months ago, I took my signet ring in to be re-sized and, most recently, took the same signet ring in to see if there was any chance that it could be saved having shut my hand in a fire door! If the repeat visits are not enough to convince you, the reader, that my husband and I hold Matthew, Stuart, Nick and their team in the highest regard, I would urge you to visit for yourselves. Glen, Joe and Selina were professional, informative and patient. George at Anthony Paul Jewellery in Henley was my utter saviour. My eternity ring had over the last month or two got v tight and suddenly my finger was becoming red and very painful. Ridiculously I had been too busy to remove it & suddenly was worried I might lose my finger. George was confident that he could remove the ring without having to cut it off or hurt my finger more. After directing me how to cool my hand at home before I came back into the shop, he confidently managed to remove my ring quickly and painlessly. I really cannot thank him enough. After ringing around many jewellery shops searching for the right place to make me an engagement ring I finally found Anthony Paul. The moment I spoke to them on the phone I knew I was in good hands. I was very particular of who I would trust to do this as I wanted the diamond taken out of my recently departed mums ring and made into a new ring for my new wife to be. Then when going down to visit the Maidenhead store and speaking in person to them the service they gave me was second to none. Absolutely first class. They designed the new ring for me and had it made well before my Christmas Day proposal deadline. The ring was amazing. Exceeded all my expectations. I had to guess her ring size and it was slightly too big for her. We went back to get it resized and they done this free of charge. 5 stars doesn’t do them justice for this review they are in a league of there own.
