Click & Collect available, as well as online consultations.

In light of the recent UK government announcement, it’s with a heavy heart that we’re temporarily closing all of our boutiques from Thursday, 5th November until Wednesday 2nd December, unless stated otherwise.

We have worked very hard behind the scenes, so we can operate as much as possible during this lockdown. Our workshop will be operating as normal during this time, allowing us to continue with any existing and new orders. And our team will on hand for telephone, video call and email enquires.

Click & Collect for online purchases.
We’ll be offering a Click & Collect service in our Maidenhead boutiques on Saturdays. To book a dedicated time slot, simply email or call us.

Repairs and Commissions - Collections
As soon as your repair or commission is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a time for collection. Collections will be available on Saturdays in our Windsor, Henley-on-Thames and Maidenhead boutiques. Alternatively, we can arrange for your item to be shipped to you via the Royal Mail Special Delivery postal service.

Online Boutique
Our brand-new eCommerce website has an amazing selection of jewellery, which we are continuously adding to. Items can be purchased for delivery or Click & Collect.

We’ll try our best to answer any questions and enquires you may have, but please bear with us as we won’t have access to all of our usual information.
