What is jewellery stacking?

Jewellery stacking is a fashion trend where one layers items of jewellery together to create a new and emphasised look. The term jewellery stacking is usually associated with rings; however it is also known as layering which is more commonly used when referring to necklaces, chains and pendant stacking.

When is a good time to stack your jewellery?

There is no right or wrong time to stack or layer your jewellery, it is down to what you feel looks great. Of course, a smart party or dinner do may call for a more accentuated look and therefor promote jewellery stacking as part of your outfit. You can just as easily and appropriately, layer your necklaces and stack your rings for a trip to the supermarket or just to feel nice around the home. Jewellery stacking is just like any fashion choice, when, where and what you decide to put on is entirely up to you.
